Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Senior Product Designer, Growth, to design activation, onboarding, and early lifecycle experiences across the Superhuman suite. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Research, and Analytics to craft thoughtful experiments, define key moments of customer value, and create polished product experiences that drive adoption and engagement.

This is a highly collaborative role that calls for strong product intuition, exceptional craft, and a data-informed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with growth/onboarding focus.
• Strong portfolio across interaction, visual design, prototyping, typography, layout and systems thinking.
• Experience designing and running product experiments with measurable outcomes.
• Proven collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Research, and Analytics teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to articulate design rationale.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding, activation, upgrades, and early lifecycle experiences across the Superhuman suite.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Research, and Analytics to identify growth opportunities and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Define and execute growth experiments from hypotheses to interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to improve feature discovery and habit formation.
• Work with Product Managers to shape cross-product activation initiatives for Grammarly, Superhuman Docs, and Mail.
• Align stakeholders on onboarding and upgrade journeys and present design concepts to leadership.
