Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Senior Product Designer, Growth, to shape activation, onboarding, and early lifecycle experiences across the suite. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Research, and Analytics to run experiments and craft polished experiences that drive adoption and engagement.

In this role you’ll balance power and simplicity, explore AI-enabled workflows, and influence cross‑product activation across Grammarly, Superhuman Docs, and Mail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with growth focus.
• Strong portfolio across interaction and visual design.
• Experience running experiments balancing user and business goals.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, research, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly.
• Empathy for users and curiosity about AI in design.

Responsibilities
