Superhuman is seeking a Senior Product Designer, Growth, to craft activation, onboarding, and early lifecycle experiences across the suite. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Research, and Analytics to design thoughtful experiments, identify moments of customer value, and deliver polished product experiences that drive adoption and engagement.

This role requires strong product intuition, exceptional craft, and a data-informed approach, with collaboration across Grammarly,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3+ years focused on growth, onboarding, activation, engagement, or lifecycle experiences.
• Experience with monetization and upgrade flows is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design onboarding, activation, upgrade, and early-lifecycle experiences that drive feature discovery and value realization.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Research, and Analytics to identify growth opportunities and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Define and run growth experiments guiding users toward meaningful moments, from hypotheses to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Use qualitative and quantitative customer insights to improve feature discovery and habit formation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to shape cross-product activation roadmaps for Grammarly, Superhuman Docs, and Mail as a unified suite.
• Engage stakeholders to align onboarding, upgrade, and growth journeys, communicating designs to leadership.
• Create interaction patterns balancing power, simplicity, and approachability across complex workflows.
• Collaborate with Grammarly, Mail, and Coda teams to identify cross-product discovery opportunities and cohesive experiences.
• Deliver on-brand designs with experimentation and AI tools to improve processes and impact.
• Contribute to a high-bar design culture through critique, mentorship, and collaboration.
