A Place for Mom is seeking a Staff Product Designer to own the Consumer Experience across the family journey. You will translate emotionally complex senior care decisions into intuitive, high-quality workflows and partner with product, engineering, and marketing to define problems and release scope.

You will shape direction using research, analytics, and frontline insights while raising the design quality bar and contributing to shared patterns across channels, including AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in complex consumer web, marketplace, healthcare, or SaaS.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from problem framing to shipped product.
• Experience influencing product strategy and improving design quality across workstreams.
