Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Sr. Product Designer to influence user behavior and strengthen brand-to-customer relationships through elegant digital products and services.

You will collaborate with PMs, researchers, other designers and developers to deliver end-to-end experiences. You will mentor junior talent, drive client relationships and growth, and lead projects from research through implementation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience.
• Experience in design consultancy or digital agency.
• Proficiency in Figma with scalable asset handoff.
• Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 Accessibility and inclusive design.
• Experience with Agile product development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Leading the creation of personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, responsive visual designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Managing the project team to mentor junior creatives and elevate deliverables.
• Presenting design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams clearly.
• Producing concise client and internal presentations communicating design rationale.
• Providing constructive feedback on interactions, information architecture, content, and layout.
• Conducting competitive assessments and researching design and technology trends.
• Contributing to the evolution of CX methodologies, tooling, and trainings.
