CapTech is seeking a Sr. Product Designer to craft sophisticated digital brand experiences. You will guide end-to-end design from research through implementation, collaborating with PMs, researchers, designers, content strategists, and developers on enterprise-scale projects.

You will also mentor junior designers, drive client relationships, and contribute to CapTech’s CX methods while delivering high-quality, accessible solutions across web, OS-native, and embedded apps.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional experience in design.
• Experience in product strategy, information architecture, and usability testing.
• Proficiency with Figma and delivering developer-ready UI assets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead personas, journey maps, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Mentor junior creatives and manage project teams for client delivery.
• Present design concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Provide constructive feedback on interactions, IA, content, layout, and branding.
• Research trends and contribute to evolving CX methodologies.
