Testing Site - JPMC in the United States seeks a Senior Product Designer & Associate for the Biometric Payments team to shape the future of biometric payment experiences. You will lead design and optimization by integrating user research and metrics across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Content Designers to create innovative user experiences, translating insights into practical UI and design systems.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in product management, product design, or a relevant domain area
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant design discipline or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to work autonomously and lead projects with minimal supervision
• Advanced skills in Interaction Design and Visual/UI Design or Information Architecture
• Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including discovery and data analytics
• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery
• Plan upstream and downstream implications of features on the overall product experience
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis for strategic roadmaps
• Analyze product metrics across the development lifecycle
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support development
• Advocate for the user perspective when planning roadmaps and requirements
• Ideate and prototype innovative solutions including non-obvious options
• Diagram product ecosystem interactions using user flows and wireframes
• Deliver detailed UI designs using our design system
• Present work and tie design decisions to business impact
