Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Senior Product Associate to advance personalization and customer insights. You’ll leverage user research and feedback to influence product strategy and drive innovative customer experiences.

You will collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners to shape the roadmap, define workflows, and translate data into actionable insights that enhance the product’s value and competitiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience in lifecycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• BS in a technical field such as CS, Analytics, Engineering Management, or comparable field.
• Exposure to product lifecycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Strong communication and visual storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities via user research and discovery.
• Plans upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
• Supports collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform roadmap.
• Analyzes and evaluates product metrics across the development lifecycle.
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support development and roadmap.
• Contributes to solution discovery with cross-functional teams.
• Participates in planning sessions and helps execute product initiatives and launches.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define user workflows, requirements, stories, and value.
