Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Senior Product Associate to help shape authentication and identity solutions for a 5,000-branch network. You will drive discovery, study user feedback, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, omni‑channel experiences from concept to launch.

You will translate insights into actionable user stories, manage metrics, and contribute to a multi‑year roadmap across branch touchpoints, including biometrics, digital credentials, and onboarding

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience in product lifecycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Possess a BA/BS or equivalent education/experience.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms aligned to strategic goals.
• Effective communication with diverse audiences (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Synthesize large volumes of information to inform decisions and drive work forward.
• Organize, prioritize, and multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Lead through ambiguity and organizational change in fast-paced, collaborative settings.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
• Plan upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap.
• Analyze product metrics including time, cost, and quality targets across the lifecycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories for development.
• Prioritize high-value authentication features and align with strategic goals.
• Translate insights into agile deliverables with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to define scope and priorities.
• Lead backlog and delivery execution, coordinating sprint planning and QA support.
• Serve as authentication and identity subject matter expert and surface pain points.
