Job summary

Surgo Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the Derin v2 client interface and analytics platform. You will shape the design vision, craft flows and high-fidelity interfaces, and ship iterative releases with product and engineering partners.

You’ll design dashboards, charts, and reporting views that translate thousands of AI-led conversations into clear insights, while building a scalable design system and championing accessibility across the product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing complex B2B or SaaS products.
• Experience in health tech, research tools, analytics, or AI products preferred.
• Strong data visualization and dashboard design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of the Derin v2 client interface and analytics dashboards.
• Create flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and behavioral science.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and champion accessibility.
