The role requires 5+ years in health‑focused research or client services, with strong communication and the ability to guide projects end‑to‑end in a fast‑moving, mission‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in research, consulting, or client services in healthcare.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Derin research delivery from start to finish with clients.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (research, behavioral science, engineering, partners).
• Translate client needs into actionable study plans and execution.
• Ensure data protection and quality checks across fieldwork and analyses.
