Job summary

SuppCo is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own core product surfaces and scale our design system in a highly AI‑accelerated environment. You will influence strategy, ship high‑quality interfaces, and push for measurable impact across membership and commerce experiences.

You will collaborate with a strong design team and report to the Head of Product, balancing hands‑on craft with system‑level thinking in a remote‑first setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with consumer mobile focus.
• Exceptional craft with typography, layout, motion and detail.
• Experience building or evolving design systems used by engineers.
• Ability to think in flows, journeys and end‑to‑end experiences.
• Strong presenter who persuades with reasoning and evidence.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end mobile and web experiences with production‑ready UI.
• Own and scale the design system, tokens and documentation for a fast AI‑accelerated team.
• Optimize onboarding, activation and re‑engagement funnels.
• Lead membership and commerce experience design across surfaces.
• Connect SuppCo and Function workflows with seamless biomarker insights and actions.
• Deepen daily habit features and AI‑guided discovery via SuppIQ.
• Present work to founders and executives with clear problem framing and tradeoffs.
• Ground design in evidence from research and analytics to show measurable impact.
• Shape AI‑native experiences where language and UI blend.
