Job summary

OpenLoop Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape client-facing products and internal tools, including AI-driven solutions transforming care delivery and operations. You’ll own problems end-to-end, collaborating with PMs and engineers to define and iterate on design across complex product areas.

You will leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows, build scalable design systems, and contribute to CRM and operations tooling.

• Strong system thinker able to design for complex products and reduce ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas from discovery through delivery.
• Partner with PMs and Engineers to co-create solutions, not just execute specs.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows, research, and prototyping.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems, information architecture, and product structures.
• Contribute to both external client-facing experiences and internal tools (CRM, operations).
• Iterate designs rapidly based on feedback and changing business needs.
