Job summary

Surgo Health, a Public Benefit Corporation, seeks a Senior Product Manager, AI & Data Products, to own the roadmap for AI-driven health data products. You will partner with engineering and data science to bring ML and analytics into production, shape product direction, and collaborate with leadership to scale platforms responsibly.

Remote-friendly role in the US; travel to DC for strategy meetings may be required. 3+ years in product roles and a strong technical fluency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a product-focused capacity in software.
• Strong technical fluency and collaboration with engineers and data scientists.
• Ability to translate data and models into products that users understand and trust.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI and data products powering Surgo’s behavioral intelligence platforms.
• Lead 0-to-1 and early-stage initiatives turning ambiguity into clear product bets with impact.
• Partner with engineering and data science to bring ML, generative AI, and analytics into production-grade products.
• Drive product discovery with customers and stakeholders to ground solutions in real workflows.
• Design AI outputs that are interpretable, trusted, and actionable.
• Own execution end to end from framing the problem to launch and scaling.
