Job summary

Logixboard is seeking an experienced Product Designer to shape complex B2B SaaS workflows. You will partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, explore multiple design directions, and raise the craft bar across the product.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years designing complex B2B SaaS products
• Portfolio showing systems thinking and craft (visual, interaction, IA)
• Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to influence and raise the design bar across products
• Experience evaluating/leveraging generative AI in design workflows

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering to identify and frame customer problems
• Lead solution design across workflows and systems, not just screens
• Raise the craft bar in layout, IA and interaction details
• Design AI-enabled workflows and trustworthy AI usage
• Evolve and contribute to design system, tokens and patterns
• Ensure shipped work matches original design intent and specs
