Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience with leadership across complex digital products.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and product impact.
• Experience leading design across the full lifecycle including research, IA, interaction & usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and execution for one or more product areas, translating needs into direction.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to define vision and priorities.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to influence tradeoffs and outcomes.
• Lead discovery and design through ambiguity with clarity and speed.
• Design creation, transaction, automation, publishing and configuration workflows.
• Drive design-quality reviews and ensure design-system alignment.
• Mentor designers and raise quality across teams.
• Define measures of design impact like usability and adoption.
• Collaborate across US and India time zones in a 100% remote environment.
