Motion Recruitment Partners LLC partners with a leading consumer-focused digital company to hire a Senior Product Designer. You will own end-to-end design across web, iOS, and Android, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership to shape elegant product experiences.

You will drive ideation, research, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, and design-system evolution, while embracing AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery and maintain brand standards.

Competenze

• 7+ years of product design experience focused on consumer-facing digital products.
• Proficient in designing for web and mobile (iOS/Android).
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design.

Mansioni

• Design and prototype intuitive product features across web and mobile platforms.
• Transform ambiguous ideas into clear design solutions.
• Distill complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences while maintaining brand standards.
• Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and usability testing to validate designs.
• Create organized Figma files, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes for review and implementation.
