Job summary

Community-Phone-3 in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape a multi-surface product that blends hardware, app, and AI-powered experiences for families navigating eldercare. You’ll own end-to-end design from discovery to adoption at scale.

You’ll lead design strategy, prototype rapidly, and partner with engineering and growth teams to measure impact and drive value for customers. Equity and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with senior ownership at scale.
• Shaped product and company strategy with engineers and peers.
• Experience improving onboarding for complex, multi-surface products.
• World-class UI/UX, user research, and design judgment.

Responsibilities

• Set design strategy across the full customer journey from unboxing to AI check-ins.
• Own outcomes beyond activation, driving adoption and measurable value.
• Mock up full working prototypes with modern AI tools for multiple audiences.
• Build foundations for a scalable design org and a shared component language.
• Partner with leadership as a strategic design advisor.
