OpenLoop is hiring Senior Staff Product Managers to own and shape entire product domains across patient care, client deployment, platform reliability, and data & AI. You will drive vision, strategy, and collaboration across engineering, design, and operations in a fast-growing telehealth infrastructure company.

You will lead AI-native initiatives, define success metrics, and mentor others while partnering with clinical and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including significant time owning complex, multi-team products at Staff level or equivalent.
• Startup or high-growth experience: built products with shifting priorities and evolving processes.
• Proven product leadership with measurable outcomes you drove.
• Experience aligning engineering, design, and business teams and resolving conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for your domain in 12–24 months and secure leadership alignment.
• Turn strategy into a repeatable narrative and keep teams energized through priorities.
• Own outcomes by tying roadmap to growth, patient outcomes, revenue and efficiency.
• Define success with 3–5 metrics and review with leadership.
• Lead without authority across engineering, design, data, clinical, operations and GTM.
• Build AI features with human review, evals and monitoring.
• Work AI-native and prioritize based on impact and feasibility.
• Turn ambiguity into a phased, defendable plan.
• Stay close to partners, clinicians and patients to close gaps.
