Job summary

OpenLoop Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape both client-facing products and internal tools, including AI-powered solutions that transform care delivery. You’ll partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and iterate quickly—from discovery through delivery—bringing strong product judgment and system thinking.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer at OpenLoop Health, you will play a critical role in shaping both client-facing products and internal tools, including AI-driven solutions that are transforming care delivery and operations.

This is a high-ownership, highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and iterate quickly. You will not simply execute on predefined requirements—you will help create them, bringing strong product judgment, system thinking, and a proactive mindset to ambiguous problem spaces.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas, from discovery through iteration and delivery

• Comfortable engaging with technical concepts and translating them into clear, scalable design solutions

• Experienced in building and evolving design systems used by real teams

• Strong craft in Figma and modern design tools

• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in incorporating them into design workflows

• Portfolio demonstrates clear thinking, strong structure, rapid iteration, and measurable impact
