Qualifications

• 5–8 years shipping web-based SaaS or enterprise products at scale.
• End-to-end ownership with real shipped work, including AI-assisted experiences.
• You are actively using AI tools today (Claude, Cursor, Codex) – this is a hard requirement.
• Strong systems thinking across complex, interconnected product surfaces.
• High autonomy; you move work forward without waiting for direction.
• Clear communication, comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area fully: discovery, design, delivery, analysis, iteration
• Work backwards from real customer problems and translate complexity into clear, scalable solutions
• Make field workflows and data-dense interfaces easy to use across mobile and web
• Design dashboards, reporting, and AI-assisted experiences that turn operational data into useful action
• Shape agentic workflows, conversational interfaces, and voice-enabled interactions
• Make AI capabilities feel understandable, trustworthy, and usable
• Use AI actively in your own process to move faster and think deeper
• Run lightweight research, synthesize insights, and voice the customer
• Champion our design system and raise the bar in critiques
