Job summary

Sidecar Health is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive core member-facing features with a strategic mix of vision, operations, and AI-powered capabilities across the healthcare journey.

You will own the end-to-end roadmap, translate member needs into scalable solutions, and collaborate with engineering, design, operations, support, and compliance to deliver measurable engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consumer product management with onboarding/activation focus.
• Experience shipping AI-powered customer experiences.
• Fluent in SQL and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for member features.
• Translate pain points into scalable product solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, support, and compliance.
• Lead build-vs-buy decisions and KPI tracking.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security in member experiences.
