Sidecar Health is redefining health insurance in the United States. We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for key member-facing features, leveraging AI/ML to improve engagement and outcomes.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration and data-informed decisions in a fast-moving, regulated environment. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in product management, a track record shipping AI-powered experiences, and strong SQL/data skills.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of product management experience for high-volume consumer products.
• Experience shipping LLM/ML-powered customer-facing experiences.
• Ability to simplify complex, confusing experiences into clear, intuitive ones.
• Fluency in experimentation, personalization, and journey-level metrics; proficient in SQL.
• Close partnership with design and user research teams.
• Ability to set direction in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and documentation skills.
• Healthcare, insurance, or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for key member-facing features.
• Translate member pain points and business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, operations, member support, and compliance.
• Evaluate third-party solutions and lead build-vs-buy decisions.
• Define and track KPIs related to engagement, usage, and satisfaction.
• Partner with marketing and member operations to drive adoption and feedback loops.
• Champion iterative, data-informed development focused on quality, accessibility, and ease of use.
• Ensure member experiences remain compliant and secure.
