Job summary

Frontline Education is seeking a Senior Product Designer to co-own outcomes with product management and engineering. You will lead discovery, validate problems, and translate insights into strategic opportunities for K-12 educators and administrators.

You’ll apply design thinking, research, prototyping, and AI-assisted design within Frontline’s design system to deliver scalable, accessible solutions. Mentoring peers and shaping the design culture are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise SaaS products.
• Lead discoveries and deliver designs that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong interaction, visual, and systems design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools; experience with accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts and translate insights into product direction.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure feasible, impactful solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture.
• Define success metrics and measure impact against customer outcomes.
