Job summary

Nextiva seeks a senior product designer to lead end-to-end design across desktop and mobile, shaping onboarding, e-commerce, AI-powered features, and admin experiences. You will partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights into high-quality, production-ready interfaces.

You will design scalable systems, contribute to design tokens and components, and ensure accessibility and usability across platforms, driving business outcomes with user-centered thinking.

Qualifications

• Six plus years shaping digital product design for SaaS or enterprise software.
• Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, accessibility, and impact.
• Proven experience leading complex product initiatives from discovery to implementation.
• Ability to think critically, solve ambiguities, and influence product decisions.
• Experience delivering production-ready experiences across desktop, mobile, and responsive environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery across desktop, mobile, and responsive experiences.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers as a strategic thought partner to define the best solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand needs, gather feedback, and translate insights into design decisions.
• Create user flows, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces for multiple domains.
• Collaborate with Engineering to review AI-generated frontend implementations and refine code.
• Contribute to Nextiva's design system and reusable components for consistency.
