Job summary

Rev.com, Inc. is seeking a Senior/Lead UX Designer to own end-to-end product experiences, advancing AI-native design across web, desktop, and mobile.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customers to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces and scalable design systems. This hands-on role focuses on experimentation with AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a UX or Product Designer at Senior/Staff/Lead level.
• A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex product experiences with measurable impact.
• Strong interaction, UX and visual-design capabilities for responsive web and mobile.

Responsibilities

• Own complex product experiences from discovery through delivery, measurement, and iteration.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate needs into AI-powered experiences.
• Design cohesive experiences across web, desktop, and mobile.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready designs in Figma.
• Work with Engineering to maintain design quality and resolve tradeoffs.
