Job summary

EvolutionIQ is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own end‑to‑end design for complex AI‑powered experiences in the insurance space. You will shape strategy, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and translate client needs into clear, usable product experiences that drive business outcomes.

You will lead design initiatives from discovery to launch, influence decisions with research and data, and help evolve our design system while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing digital products for B2B or regulated domains.
• Strong systems thinking and capability to design at scale.
• Expert in UX research, interaction and visual design.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of 0–1 products from discovery to launch.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and execution.
• Translate client and business needs into usable product experiences.
• Navigate tradeoffs across user needs, data, AI, feasibility, and regulation.
• Present design decisions using product thinking and data.
• Evolve design system and patterns for consistency and scale.
• Raise the bar for design quality through craft and collaboration.
