Résumé du poste

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape how customers and AI agents forecast, understand, and control cloud spend within AWS Billing.

You will define agent behaviors, trust patterns, and the end-to-end experience across conversational and console interfaces. You will work with product, engineering, and data science, leading framing, prototyping, and critique sessions, while mentoring designers and influencing leadership narratives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design across desktop and mobile devices.
• Experience using AI tools in your design workflow, such as AI-assisted prototyping, code generation, or research synthesis.
• Experience designing complex, data-dense workflows and information architecture.

Responsabilités

• Frame ambiguous problems before solving them and drive clarity when requirements, customers, and feasibility are undefined.
• Define how AI agents act on customers’ behalf: what they do autonomously, where humans approve, and how customers take control back.
• Design trust patterns that surface an agent’s confidence, reasoning, and attribution for customer transparency.
• Design human-in-the-loop, approval, and undo patterns for actions that move money.
• Create coherent experiences across conversational, agent-driven, and console interfaces.
• Lead design from problem framing through launch, then use data signals to improve what ships.
• Partner with data science, legal, and policy as co-designers on AI features with financial or compliance complexity.
• Establish patterns and standards that become how the team operates. Mentor other designers.
• Write narratives and strategy documents that move decisions forward, and present them to senior leadership.
