Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape how customers and AI agents collaborate to understand, forecast, and control cloud spend. You will set patterns for agent-driven experiences across interfaces and lead design from framing to launch.

You will partner with data science, legal, and policy teams, mentor designers, and write narratives to move decisions forward. This role focuses on trust, transparency, and explainability in AI-powered billing

Qualifications

7+ years of design experience.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design across desktop and mobile.
Experience using AI tools in design workflow.
Experience designing complex, data-dense workflows and information architecture.

Responsibilities

Frame ambiguous problems and drive clarity.
Define how AI agents act on customers' behalf.
Design trust patterns showing an agent's confidence and reasoning.
Design human-in-the-loop and undo patterns for money movements.
Create coherent experiences across conversational, agent-driven, and console interfaces.
Lead design from problem framing through launch and iterate with data.
Partner with data science, legal, and policy as co-designers on AI features.
Mentor other designers and write strategic narratives.
