Résumé du poste

Pazau, Inc. is seeking a senior product designer to lead the end-to-end design of the Procedure editor, simulation, and Traces. You will craft interfaces and workflows that experts use to configure AI-powered processes in CX operations, ensuring usability and policy compliance.

You will partner with engineering and CX teams, bring depth in interaction design and information architecture, and contribute to the design system while prototyping in code as needed. Equity is part of the offer.

Qualifications

5+ years of product design for complex B2B software.
A portfolio showing depth in interaction design and information architecture.
Experience designing for AI features, including uncertainty, explanation and human override.
Comfort working in Figma and in code alongside engineers.

Responsabilités

Own end-to-end design for the Procedure editor, simulation and Traces, from research through shipped, polished UI.
Run research with CX teams at customers like Copperline Outfitters and Harbor & Pine Hotels.
Make the agent's reasoning legible: design how a 40-step trace reads to a QA analyst, an auditor and a support leader.
Contribute to our design system and prototype in code when a static mock won't answer the question.
