Omada Health is seeking a Product + Design Strategist to turn ambiguous user and business opportunities into a validated experience. You will operate at a senior IC level, leading high-leverage scopes and setting direction for related experiences, not just a single feature.

AI is central to daily work, guiding research synthesis, prototyping, spec drafting, and analysis. You’ll thrive in 0-to-1 spaces, influence executive strategy, and prototype with users to validate direction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years solving complex, ambiguous problems across product management, design, and/or research.
• Experience carrying work from 0 to 1 — defining new products or experiences from undefined problems to shipped results.
• Proven ability to reconcile research, data, engineering, and business input into clear direction.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills across senior leadership.
• Hands-on craft in prototyping and modern AI-assisted prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Own problem framing, direction setting, vision casting, and alignment to guide multi-team work.
• Translate research, data, and feedback into a clear product direction with measurable outcomes.
• Define and prioritize roadmaps aligned to OKRs and business goals.
• Lead prototyping and communication of concepts to engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinical, legal, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure compliant product decisions.
