A fast-growing e-commerce firm is seeking a Senior Product & Design Manager to join the team in Brooklyn, NY.

Who You Are

• You have experience in both graphic/packaging design and project management
• Strong background with physical consumer packaged goods, print production, structural packaging, and boxdielines
• Proven ability to manage manufacturing timelines and coordinate cross‑functional projects
• Comfortable partnering directly with executive leadership while collaborating with remote teams and international manufacturers
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to balance creative work with operational execution
• Familiarity with Amazon, e‑commerce platforms, and digital asset management is a plus

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept through manufacturing and launch
• Manage production schedules, vendor relationships, and manufacturing timelines to ensure projects stay on track
• Oversee packaging design, structural packaging, product imagery, and print production
• Partner with the CEO to translate creative concepts into production-ready products
• Coordinate with remote teams to support product setup, SKU management, and digital launch readiness
• Drive organization, communication, and execution across multiple product lines and stakeholders

• Products launch on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Creative vision is translated into polished, production‑ready packaging and products
• Manufacturing partners and internal teams remain aligned throughout the product lifecycle
• Projects move efficiently from concept to the digital marketplace through strong planning and execution

Salary Range: $80,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience

Location: Brooklyn, NY – Fully on site (Fridays end at 1 PM!)
