Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital, UI and web design.

As Senior Digital UI Designer, you will own the digital design function and lead sophisticated web projects from early concepts through development-ready delivery. You will help advance the firm’s digital capabilities while connecting strategic ideas, exceptional design craft, and practical implementation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead digital and web design projects from early concepts and wireframes through final developer handoff
• Create responsive web pages, interactive prototypes, component-based UI systems, and development-ready style guides

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of experience in digital, UI, and web design
• Your portfolio demonstrates web pages, interactive prototypes, UI systems, and development-ready design documentation
• You are highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• You understand HTML and CSS fundamentals and know how to collaborate effectively with developers
• You are a strategic, proactive designer who can independently manage projects and priorities
• You communicate and present ideas confidently while remaining collaborative, curious, and low-ego
• Experience with brand identity design is preferred
• Experience with prototyping, animation, or no-code tools is a plus

Salary Range: $130,000 - 140,000 annually, based on experience

Location: New York, NY -- Hybrid
