What You’ll Do

• Manage purchase order creation and style setup in internal systems
• Coordinate daily communication with factories, overseas liaisons, and internal teams including design, sales, and logistics
• Track production timelines and work-in-progress reports, ensuring timely follow-ups with vendors
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively flag potential delays to the sales team
• Collaborate with traffic and accounting teams to ensure goods are released and delivered to the warehouse on schedule
• Review and approve packaging layouts, shipping labels, and related documentation
• Build cost sheets to support margin analysis
• Evaluate samples for quality and measurement accuracy
