Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive product design experience in enterprise or SaaS environments.
• 1+ year of management experience leading product design teams.
• Experience owning end-to-end product design from discovery to launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product designers for AI-enabled experiences across platforms.
• Champion AI-led design methodologies, prototyping, and workflow automation.
• Define and track UX metrics to support product portfolio health.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data to drive customer-centric solutions.
• Mentor designers and ensure alignment between design deliverables and product strategy.
