Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead AI-enabled design across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service, and Inventory Optimization platforms. You will drive end-to-end product design from discovery through launch and mentor a team of designers.

You will champion AI-led design practices, partner with product and engineering leadership, and ensure design artifacts align to strategy and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of product design experience in enterprise or SaaS environments.
• 1+ year of management experience leading product design teams.
• Experience owning end-to-end product design from discovery to launch.
• Leadership experience in performance management and career development.
• Expert level in AI-enabled prototyping, design systems governance, and responsive design.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled product design for platforms across web, mobile, enterprise, and other channels from discovery to launch.
• Mentor and coach junior designers to grow design craft and AI proficiency.
• Define and own the long-term vision for AI-assisted design systems across the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and customer success to align design with strategy and outcomes.
• Drive design practices, speed, and quality through AI workflows and tooling.
