Qualifications

• 9+ years of product design experience in enterprise, platform, SaaS, digital experiences.
• 1+ year of management experience leading product design teams.
• Proven experience owning end-to-end product design for complex technical portfolios from discovery to launch.
• Experience establishing design operating mechanisms and design review practices.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and ability to synthesize insights for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product designers responsible for AI-enabled experiences across platforms from discovery to launch.
• Champion AI-led design methodologies, rapid prototyping, and workflow automation.
• Define and track customer experience metrics (adoption, usability, engagement, satisfaction).
• Partner with product, engineering, data, and customer success to align insights with strategy.
• Mentor designers and ensure design deliverables tie to the product strategy.
