Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics/data science with a product focus.
• Extensive experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
• Ability to translate metrics into actionable product decisions and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, data engineering, finance, clinical, and operations to generate insights that shape the product roadmap.
• Translate broad questions into actionable research and discovery plans; perform proactive data exploration.
• Model impact of new features and drive experimentation to evaluate launches.
• Communicate results clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
