Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years in data analytics or data science supporting multiple business ends.
• Solid people management experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Ability to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders; strong data storytelling.
• Deep experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing.
• Deep understanding of product analytics metrics (retention, conversion, engagement, churn) and marketplace balance metrics.
• Expert in Python and/or SQL, with familiarity with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses to develop product features addressing key consumer pain points with PMs, Engineers, Researchers and Data Engineers.
• Lead a dedicated data science team: analyze performance, design experiments, and contribute to product planning.
• Guide analysts’ work while driving your own projects as a player-coach.
