Rula, a remote-first company, is seeking an experienced data engineer to enable analytics teams to leverage AI across internal data securely and at scale.

You will partner with analytics, marketing, and product teams to translate needs into scalable data pipelines and governance. This is a fully remote role across most US states (Hawaii excluded), with competitive compensation and benefits.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, data models, and data platforms.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and delivering solutions with stakeholders.
• Experience independently driving projects from design through production deployment and operational support.
• Experience implementing data security, governance, or access control practices for sensitive data.

Responsabilidades

• Enable analytics teams to leverage AI against internal data in a secure, compliant manner.
• Partner with analytics, marketing, and product teams to understand data needs and build scalable data access for AI applications.
• Help define standards, infrastructure, and governance powering AI-driven experiences across the company.
