Job summary

Archer collaborates with Oracle to onboard hardware into Oracle data centers. The Senior Support Engineer will investigate and resolve complex product-data issues, serving as a technical contact for global operations and coordinating with Manufacturing, Product Engineering, and Data Centre Operations.

The role requires strong SQL, XML/JSON, REST, and Python skills to analyze data, identify root causes, and drive systemic improvements for faster resolutions.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or related field AND 4 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or related field.
• Master's Degree in a related field AND 2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or related field.
• Knowledge Centered Services Certification within the first 30 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex product-data issues impacting hardware onboarding into Oracle data centers.
• Monitor, prioritize, and respond to technical support tickets.
• Perform root cause analysis and write SQL queries to examine data records.
• Read and interpret XML and JSON data to identify issues and verify data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Produce clear investigation reports and knowledge articles.
