Job summary

Archer partners with Oracle to recruit top professionals for a hands-on data center role supporting Oracle Health AI infrastructure in the Kansas City area. You will handle hardware maintenance, network configuration, and continuous improvement while mentoring junior technicians and coordinating with vendors.

The position emphasizes SOP/MOP adherence, change control processes, and strong collaboration across teams to ensure uptime and reliability in a growing data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities for others to replace or upgrade server components.
• Validates cabling and connectivity in the network environment.
• Monitors and assigns work in a ticketing environment and mentors less experienced technicians.
• Trains advanced fix and repair techniques that align with SOPs/MOPs for Data Center Change Control.
• Acts as a technical liaison to identify and resolve resiliency, reliability, and availability risks.
• Leads collaboration with project teams/colocation partners to test and validate installations and coordinate site utility requirements.
