Job summary

Fidelity Stock Plan Services in Covington, KY seeks a Senior Product Data Analyst to join the Customer Solutions team, partnering with product managers, technology, operations, and compliance to define and deliver data solutions for SPS products and services.

You will analyze complex data ecosystems, document current and future state requirements, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations to support data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in business data analysis or product ownership.
• Superb communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience with data recordkeeping platforms, reporting systems, and application designs.
• Proficiency in data analytical tools (SQL, Excel, OBIEE, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders, product managers, and technology leaders to understand data problems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to document current system behavior and future state requirements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through written, verbal, and visual formats.
• Analyze data movement as part of job flows to identify bottlenecks and dependencies.
• Document data lineage and data flows from origination to consumption.
• Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights and design-oriented modeling.
