Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Product Analyst for Stock Plan Services Customer Solutions in a largely onsite model. You will collaborate with product managers to translate complex business needs into agile features and help define acceptance tests and release criteria.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Jira/Confluence, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business analyst techniques including elicitation, current/future state analysis, and requirements documentation.
  • Experience with Agile backlogs using Jira or similar tool, plus Confluence for specs.
  • CPAB/CSPO certification desirable; strong problem solving and communication skills.

Product Analysts are tasked with collaborating with Product Managers to elicit, document, and translate high complexity business requirements into Agile feature-level epics. They also drive the effort for developing and executing business acceptance test plan, test strategy and implementing solutions to ensure the highest level of integrity, accuracy, and overall quality are included in the final product.The Product Analyst must have proven experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key attributes that make up a successful Product Analyst are highly motivated, 'self-starters' with a sense of ownership, driven to succeed.
