Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Product Analyst for Stock Plan Services Customer Solutions in a largely onsite model. You will collaborate with product managers to translate complex business needs into agile features and help define acceptance tests and release criteria.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Jira/Confluence, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analyst techniques including elicitation, current/future state analysis, and requirements documentation.
• Experience with Agile backlogs using Jira or similar tool, plus Confluence for specs.
• CPAB/CSPO certification desirable; strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and translate high complexity business requirements into Agile epics.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define acceptance criteria and test strategies.
• Facilitate cross-team workshops and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
