Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. in Covington, KY is seeking a Financial Reporting professional to support the SPS Financial Reporting team.

You will serve as the primary client liaison for 20-25 public companies, managing their reporting data and dashboards via Plan Sponsor Workstation (PSW) and Team Workspace. Responsibilities include end-to-end reporting delivery, assisting with migration from legacy providers, and collaborating with SPS Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Accounting/Finance and/or Stock Plan Administration experience.
• Excel and Access skills required.
• CEP level 1 encouraged.
• Strong multi-tasking, quick thinking and cross-group collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s primary support for SPS’ financial reporting offering for 20-25 public companies.
• Manage processing and reporting of client financial data per reporting schedule.
• Train client contacts to use PSW and related reporting dashboards.
• Support client migration from legacy providers to Fidelity SPS system.
• Ensure complete and accurate reporting during peak monthly/quarterly cycles.
