Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in product, privacy, or IP law
• State bar membership required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end product counseling from ideation to end of life
• Draft and negotiate product and security-related contracts, DPAs/BAAs
• Advise on data protection, privacy, AI, and cloud issues for cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with commercial, go-to-market, and compliance teams to bring offerings to market
