Job summary

Applied Intuition seeks an experienced Product Counsel to join our legal team. This role provides strategic guidance to Product, Engineering, and Marketing on privacy, copyright, IP, and regulatory matters related to autonomy and AI.

You will help shape partnership terms, data protection practices, and product compliance across our fast-growing platform. You will report to the General Counsel and collaborate with a small team to translate legal advice into actionable guidance for product and

Qualifications

• Experience working with internal engineering, product, design, security, privacy, and marketing teams throughout the product development life cycle.
• Experience counseling business partners on domestic and international laws, regulations, and best practices for implementing and ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment with strong organizational skills and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to advance large, complex projects.
• 8+ years' of law firm and/or in-house experience, preferably in technology companies.

Responsibilities

• Advise Product, Engineering, and Marketing on legal issues affecting autonomy and AI.
• Lead cross-functional projects to embed legal, regulatory, and IP requirements into product development workflows.
• Review product integrations for data protection, IP rights, and contractual obligations.
• Assist with M&A transactions and external-facing agreements.
