Qualifications

• Experience advising product, engineering, privacy, and marketing teams on regulatory requirements and risk mitigation.
• Experience counseling on domestic and international laws and best practices for ongoing compliance.
• Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proven ability to advance large, cross-functional initiatives.
• 8+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience in technology companies.

Responsibilities

• Advise Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing on legal issues related to Autonomy and AI.
• Lead cross-functional projects to embed compliance into product development workflows.
• Review product integrations for contractual, data protection, and IP compliance.
• Translate legal guidance into actionable, timely support for engineers and product teams.
• Manage our patenting program and guide IP strategy.
