Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Counsel to join our legal team in the United States. This strategic role supports Product, Engineering and Marketing with guidance on privacy, IP, contracts and regulatory matters at the intersection of autonomy and AI.

You will report to the General Counsel, lead cross-functional projects, review customer and in-bound contracts, and help shape policy and process within a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in one state bar.
• 8+ years' of law firm and/or in-house experience, preferably in technology companies.
• Experience counseling business partners on domestic and international laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal guidance to Product, Engineering and Marketing on a wide range of issues.
• Lead cross-functional projects and translate legal advice into actionable guidance for product teams.
• Manage IP strategy, review contracts, data protection and regulatory compliance, and assist with M&A.
